Job Description
🧩 Job Responsibilities:
• Develop dealer & distributor network in assigned district
• Visit retail shops (kirana, hardware, cleaning product shops) daily
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets
• Appoint new dealers and expand market reach
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with company for stock supply and reporting
• Submit daily visit report (DVR) on WhatsApp/CRM
🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG / field sales
• Strong local market knowledge (Khurda/Cuttack/Puri)
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Must have own bike & valid driving license
• Ability to achieve sales targets
Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
* Incentives: Performance-based (₹5,000 – ₹20,000 extra)
* Travel Allowance provided
