Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (Positions)
Products: Okotech Windows / Eternia Windows
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Management
Work Type: Field-Based (up to 70 km radius)
Role Objective
To generate new business through architect visits, door-to-door site visits, documentation handling, advance payment collection, and daily reporting. The Sales Executive will be responsible for complete field movement and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Designer Visits
Meet architects, interior designers, and builders on a daily basis.
Present Okotech/Eternia window systems with catalogues and samples.
Build long-term professional relationships to generate continuous leads.
Update architect database and submit weekly visit reports.
2. Door-to-Door Sales / Site Visits
Conduct door-to-door visits in targeted areas.
Identify ongoing construction sites and meet owners/contractors.
Explain product features, price range, and design options.
Convert leads into confirmed enquiries and share details with the office.
3. Customer Documentation
Collect customer requirements (sizes, site photos, contact details).
Assist in basic site measurement (if required).
Submit all details to the office for quotation preparation.
Verify that documentation is complete before processing.
4. Payment Collection
Collect advance payment from customers after quotation approval.
Follow up for balance payments till completion.
Submit all payment records and receipts to office daily.
Maintain accurate payment tracking.
5. Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Prepare and submit a mandatory daily report covering:
Number of architects visited
Door-to-door visits completed
Leads generated
Follow-up calls made
Advance or balance payments collected
Next-day plan
6. Market Development
Identify new potential areas and segments for window sales.
Create relationships with contractors, dealers, and project owners.
Support in brand visibility and field-level promotions.

Job Requirements
Strong field sales experience (building materials preferred).
Comfortable with continuous travel and customer meetings.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Radius of travel up to 70 km.
