Job Description
Role: Intern - Financial modeling and valuation (8 months internship)
Work from Home (candidate should have laptop, speedy broadband internet connection and power backup)
Qualification: B.com/M.com/MBA (fin)+CFAE
Experience: Only for freshers
Stipend during internship:
- For CFA L1 Qualified: ₹15000/month*
- For CFA L2 Qualified: ₹18000/month
- For CFA L3 Qualified: ₹20000/month
After completion of internship, we will enroll trainees as full time employee and salary will be revised based on performance.
Working: 5 days a week and normal day shift
Candidates should have sound knowledge of financial modelling and they should have a laptop and broadband internet connection.

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate with good analytical abilities, financial concepts clarity, and logical thinking abilities for a financial analyst position to carry out financial analysis and valuation works. Below are the day to day responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Understand and accurately spread financial statements into the excel model.
2. Able to analyze financial statements and clearly understand the relationship between 3 financial statements.
3. Able to calculate various ratios.
4. Analyzing capitalization table, share/option purchase agreements of a company, and identify different security classes such as Common, Preferred, Options, Warrants, Convertible, and Non-Convertible Notes.
5. Extract and calculate the total authorized and outstanding shares/options shares within different security classes.
6. Read the option agreements in detail to analyze and extract the number of Issued and pooled options, their vesting schedules, exercised canceled, and outstanding options.
7. Feed and implement the extracted data from the capitalization table to the valuation model.
8. Analyzing financial information, industry, and economic conditions in order to produce forecasts of business and to make informed investment decisions, and carry out the valuation.
9. Prepare valuation of the company using Discounted Cash Flow Method (DCF), Comparable Public Companies Method, Precedent Transaction Method, Back-Solve Method.
10. Allocate the values among different share classes using Option Pricing Model, Current Value Method, PWERM method etc.
11. Setting up and incorporate the results from the valuation model into the valuation report after finishing the valuation and analysis.
