Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection:

• Coordinating with the Branch manager staffs requirement to their branch.
• Designing Job Description on the receipt of manpower requisition form.
• Hiring & firing process of employees in the HR software
• Identifying of various sources for recruitment like Timesjob.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apnahire.com, Shine.com, workindia.com etc.

·        Conduct Interview & Documentation part.

• Background verification of shortlisted candidates.

·        Induction & Orientation

• Training & Development and maintained a computerized database of Personnel. 

Payroll Management, Leave Management & Policy Management

·        Responsible for timely & accurate payroll processing with error free posting.

• New employee EPF & ESIC card preparation & exit of old employees.
• Coordinating with screen printing agencies for issue of ID Cards to new Joiners.
• Maintaining of Employee Master Database, Attendance Records, Leave Records, Leave Encashment, etc.
• Full & Final settlement of Exit Employees.

MIS Part :

·        All official letter preparation

·        Mailing part.

·        All in house Admin work

·        Handling of HRMS software related work
