Apprenticeship Details

  Job Title: Fitter and Invisible Grill/Mosquito Mesh/Stretch Ceiling Installer

 1. Duration: 6-12 months.

2. Training Areas: Interior Design, Fitting, Installation, Project Management.

3. Stipend: 8000 per month

Job Summary

We seek skilled Fitters and Invisible Grill/Mosquito Mesh/ Stretch Ceiling Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will install, maintain and repair invisible grills, gates, fences and other metal structures. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Fitting

1. Install, maintain and repair metal structures (grills, gates, fences).

2. Measure and cut materials accurately.

3. Assemble and align parts.

4. Ensure quality and durability.

5. Collaborate with carpenters, welders and other tradespeople.

Invisible Grill/Mosquito Mesh/Stretch Ceiling Installation

1. Install invisible grills/Mosquito Mesh/Stretch Ceiling Installation considering aesthetics and functionality.

2. Ensure secure and sturdy installations.

3. Customize installations to client specifications.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.

Requirements Essential

1. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitting, Welding or related trades.

2. 2+ years of experience in fitting and installation.

3. Physical stamina for manual labor.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills.

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable

1. Experience with invisible grill installations.

2. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

3. Familiarity with power tools and equipment.

Work Environment

1. Construction sites, residential and commercial areas.

2. Outdoor and indoor work.

3. Physical demands: lifting, bending, climbing.

Salary and Benefits for full time employees :To be discussed.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
