Insurance Telesales Team Leader
Location:📍 Bhubaneswar (Work From Office)
Experience Required:✅ Only experienced candidates required
✅ Minimum 1 year experience as Insurance Team Leader / Senior TL
❌ Freshers not allowed
Salary:💰 ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
(Incentives based on team & individual performance)
- Job Responsibilities:Handle and manage insurance telesales team
- Achieve daily & monthly targets
- Team monitoring, call audits & quality control.
- Lead allocation & follow-ups.
- Train agents on pitch, objection handling & closing.
- Maintain productivity and discipline.
- Skills Required:Strong Hindi communication (English basic acceptable)
- Experience in Health / Life / Term Insurance
- Leadership & target-oriented mindset
- Pressure handling ability
