Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive who can generate potential leads for our sales team through calling and online sources.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through telecalling and data research.
- Identify potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Lead Generation / Telesales / BPO.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Basic Excel knowledge required.
- Ability to handle customer queries and maintain records.
