Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings/travel, handling correspondence (emails, calls), and maintaining filing systems.
Document & Data Management: Preparing reports, presentations, memos; compiling data; managing databases and records.
Communication Hub: Serving as a liaison between management, staff, and external partners; disseminating information.
Operational Support: Ordering supplies, managing office logistics, assisting with budget tracking, and expense reports.
Human Resources Support: Assisting with new employee onboarding, training, and scheduling.
Project Assistance: Tracking deadlines, preparing progress reports, and supporting project implementation.
