Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Government Relations & State Marketing Specialist to be the primary liaison between our company and key state government departments. This role is a critical, high-visibility position responsible for developing and executing a state-wide marketing and engagement strategy. The specialist will travel extensively throughout the state to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with government representatives, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively.

Systematically identify, schedule, and conduct in-person meetings with Department heads (e.g., CDMO, CDAO, RTO, DFO and other staff) from various districts department heads of (e.g., Education, Transportation, Health, forest etc).

Information Gathering: Act as the company's eyes and ears on the ground, gathering real-time intelligence on government priorities, upcoming projects, procurement schedules, and requirements. 

Advocacy & Outreach: Effectively communicate the company's products and schemes and policy positions to government officials and stakeholders

Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact to address and resolve any government-related inquiries or concerns, escalating issues internally as needed.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all government interactions, key contacts, and opportunities within the company's core team. Build networks across departments.

Briefing: Provide regular, high-impact briefings and reports to the senior management team on the future possibilities, new opportunities and other options across the state.
