Operations Executive (Tenders Department)


Job Description:


We are looking for a MIS Executive / Operations Executive for our Tenders Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender-related operations, documentation, client coordination, and basic accounting work.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Basic knowledge of letter drafting
  • Good command of English communication
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for banking and document-related work

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tender-related documentation and operations
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports
  • Basic accounting work and record maintenance
  • Draft official letters and emails
  • Communicate with clients in English (verbal & written)
  • Client negotiation and coordination
  • Visit banks for official and document-related work (1–2 times per month)
  • Manage and maintain company records and documents

 

 

Experience:

  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
  • Experience in tenders or operations will be an added advantage

 

Preferred Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently



 The candidate will be required to visit client sites, such as banks or other official client locations, approximately 2 to 3 times on a monthly basis as part of their responsibilities.

 

 

 

Work Schedule:

  • Work From Home Position.
  • 2 Sundays off per month.
  • Local and national holidays applicable.
  • Timing (10 AM to 7 PM)
  • This is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from home on a regular schedule.

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary will be revised after 4 months, based on performance.
  • Salary + Incentive will be added for employee benefits.
