🔴 URGENT REQUIREMENT – OUTBOUND MANAGER
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 + ₹5,000 Incentive
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Fresher Not Allowed)

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calling team (Sales / Lead Generation)
- Monitor daily calling targets and conversions
- Guide team to achieve monthly revenue goals
- Maintain daily reports and performance tracking
- Handle client follow-ups and escalations
- Train and motivate team members for better productivity
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Outbound Process / BPO / Tele Sales
- Team handling experience mandatory
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Fresher strictly not allowed
