Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager for Interior Company.

Location: Bhubaneswar.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project execution within budget and quality standards. The candidate must have knowledge of furniture and interior solutions, Turnkey interior project, Government interior projects, Housing interior works and commercial interior works. Additionally, the candidate must be able to read and understand drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth project flow.
• Oversee all phases of interior design projects, from conceptualization to installation.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Present project proposals, design concepts, and progress reports to clients.
• Address client feedback and make necessary project adjustments.

Team Coordination & Supervision:

• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and engineers.
• Manage and guide site supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all team members adhere to project schedules and quality standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for best pricing and quality.
• Manage project invoices, procurement, and financial reports.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Adhere to safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:

Key Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience:

• More than 5 years of Experience working with high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Preferred experience in modular kitchens customized home furniture, and interior solutions.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of interior design trends, materials, and pricing.
