Quality Control Engineer

The role is primarily based on the factory floor, requiring a presence in the production area.

May involve working in shifts , normal working hours - 8am to 06pm. Sundays off.

Safety induction training of workers.

The job involves working with production line staff in enforcing standard operating procedures.(SOP)

Computer data entries and Tally entries.

Ensure attendance of workers in biometrics.

Ensure housekeeping and 5S after work hours.

Developing and re-skilling workers for machine operations.

Supervision of maintenance works and overall adherence to SOPs.

Meeting production deadlines and production planning on a daily basis.

Coordination with marketing team and production shift in charges.

Worker’s deployment and shift planning.

Salary payment - 10th to 12th of every month.

Technical Skills:

. Experience in power presses , electrical welding equipment , offset printing process etc. is preferred.

·      Graduate in mechanical / electrical engineering background.

·      Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles.
