We are looking for a smart and presentable Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and front desk operations
• Coordinate with sales and service teams
• Manage appointments and customer follow-ups
• Maintain basic reports and data in Excel

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Pleasing personality and professional attitude
• Experience in automobile industry preferred
