Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and responsible Receptionist to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and maintain customer records. The role requires good

communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

• Answer inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

• Follow up with interested customers for conversions.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

Reguired Skills

• Good communication (Hindi/English/Odia).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer queries politely.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (any stream).

• Prior experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply.

Work Schedule

• Day shift

Salary Range

10,000 -18,000 per month (depends on experience)
