Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Negotiate offers, CTC, and joining dates with candidates

Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding

Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets
