Job Title: Recruitment Manager – Agency Channels

Overview:

Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting insurance agents/DOs for the agency channel, while managing documentation and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents/DOs
• Handle complete joining and compliance documentation
• Support agents with process and system-related queries
• Coordinate training and activation of new agents
• Maintain agent records and ensure IRDAI compliance
• Prepare recruitment and onboarding MIS reports

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in agency recruitment/onboarding (insurance preferred)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
