Job Summary Rupeeland is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers, understand their needs, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities •       Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner 

•       Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products 

•       Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits 

•       Assist customers with billing, packaging, and product inquiries 

•       Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing 

•       Achieve individual and team sales targets 

•       Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently 

•       Support inventory management and stock replenishment 

Requirements •       Minimum qualification: Graduation

•       Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory 

•       Good communication and interpersonal skills 

•       Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude 

•       Basic knowledge of billing systems is a plus 

•       Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
