Job DescriptionGanpati Homez, a leading interior design and home solutions company, is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable interior and product solutions to drive showroom sales and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
• Recommend suitable interior products and solutions
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation
• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery timelines
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospective customers
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment
