Social Media Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to build a strong online presence for Niocraaft. The ideal candidate should be skilled in trending content planning, paid advertising, and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute trending & viral content strategies across platforms
• Manage daily social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads for lead generation
• Coordinate with in-house editor for high-quality creatives & videos
• Drive organic growth through reels, engagement, and audience interaction
• Analyze performance metrics and improve campaigns regularly

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media trends & algorithms
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Content planning & execution expertise
• Basic analytics and performance tracking skills
• Creative mindset with marketing understanding
