•	Ensure desired quantity of chemical stock at dosing site by coordinating with Innocule Engineer.
•	Ensure dosing system to be in ideal condition.
•	Continuously in touch with site control room and accordingly delegate and supervise dosing operation. 
-Dosing operation includes the following:
	Material is running in the belt or not.
	TPH of belt
	Observing Quality (stickiness) of iron ore/coal before dosing place.
	Accordingly decide how much chemical to dose.
	Ensure dosing should be continuously and properly done.
	Monitor quality (stickiness) of iron ore/coal after dosing.
	Taking feedback from plant control room.
	Ensure the data like, dosing running hour, total feed material, chemical consumption at the end of shift must be noted and maintained regularly in register as per the format given by INNOCULE Engineer.
	Maintenance of machine whenever require.
•	communicate any operation issues and other problems to INNOCULE Engineers.
