Key Responsibilities

Job Posting & Sourcing: Drafting, posting, and managing job advertisements across various platforms, including social media and job boards.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinating candidate interviews, booking meeting rooms, and organizing interviews via platforms like MS Teams.

Candidate Communication: Managing the recruitment mailbox, updating candidates on their application status, and acting as a main point of contact.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintaining and updating accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Onboarding Support: Preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, referencing, and initiating the new hire onboarding process.

Reporting & Data Management: Producing recruitment metrics, interview packs, and tracking new starter data.
