Technical Advisor

JOB LOCATION: SHREEVIHAR(PATIA), DHENKANAL, JAJPUR ROAD

Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality of work through diagnosis of customer problem & rectification of complaints.
• Shall support service advisor & floor supervisor.
• Road test for critical complaints along with the customer (e.g. problems related to engine,  transmission, suspension brakes etc. and repeat problems).
• Expedite vehicle road test and verify vehicle performance after repair of vehicle at bodyshop/workshop.
• Proper diagnosis of problems reported by the customers and support mechanic for resolution of complaints. In case of poor diagnostic, analysis of revisit to be done.
• Road test after completion of work to ensure completion of demanded repairs
• Updating of road test register.
• Sharing of critical complaints diagnosis process with workshop staff.
• Refer Service Manual, Bulletins and Circulars for diagnosis of problems.
• Support Floor Coordinator for completion of critical jobs. 
• Improve the productivity of workshop through labor earning.
