Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Monitor and review open pending service calls.
2. Allocate service calls to technicians via mobile application.
3. Track progress of assigned calls and obtain timely updates from technicians.
4. Communicate with customers for follow-ups and update complaint status.
5. Conduct customer feedback calls on service experience and encourage NPS participation.
6. Immediately report any incidents or accidents to the concerned authority.
