Account Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee financial records, accounts payable/receivable, Billing, Way bill, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Lead and supervise the accounts team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime)
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
