Job Description
- Daily Accounting: Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payment vouchers in Tally.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, handle TDS deductions, and manage RCM compliance.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile supplier/customer ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in generating Trial Balance, Profit & Loss accounts, and Balance Sheets.
- Documentation: Maintain proper digital and physical filing of invoices and receipts.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, and MS Excel.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and, if necessary, Indian accounting standards.
