Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Accounts Manager to handle the company’s overall financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax related filings and documentation.

Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Maintain records in Tally / Zoho Books / other accounting software.

Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions for statutory compliance.

Ensure timely vendor and client settlements.

Support management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and company accounting procedures.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Salary:

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) — based on experience and interview performance.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – timing, e.g., 9:39 AM to 6:30 PM
