Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, ledger, and journals
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and filings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Handle TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
• Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting and cost control
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
