Accountant

• Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting OperationsMaintain daily cash, bank, and ledger entries.

• Record all sales, expenses, and purchase transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• 2. Billing & Revenue ManagementMonitor billing processes and ensure accuracy.
• Verify daily sales reports and POS entries.
• Reconcile cash collections with billing records.

3. Vendor & Payment ManagementMaintain vendor accounts and records.

• Process payments to vendors as per approval.
• Track outstanding dues and follow up for payments.

4. Inventory & Cost ControlCoordinate with the store for stock records.

• Monitor food cost and control wastage.
• Verify purchase bills with stock entries.

5. Bank & Cash HandlingPerform bank reconciliation regularly.

• Maintain petty cash and ensure proper utilization.
• Monitor daily cash flow and report discrepancies.

6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Maintain all financial records for audit purposes.
• Support during internal and external audits.

7. ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

• Share MIS reports with management.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
