Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounts team at Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, and other related financial activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Record and maintain purchase entries, ensuring accurate vendor bills and supporting documents.

• Manage sales entries in accounting software and ensure proper invoicing and GST compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected.
• Handle day-to-day bank-related work, such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, and vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Support the senior accountant in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Track and verify employee expenses and petty cash records.
• Coordinate with other departments for invoice approvals and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in statutory compliances like GST, TDS, and other financial filings.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Key Skills Required:Knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.

Salary:

As per company standards and candidate experience.
