Accounts Cum Logistic Executive

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Support monthly and yearly closing activities

• Manage inventory records and stock reconciliation
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, challans, and e-way bills
• Monitor logistics costs and optimize efficiency
