Position: Junior Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day accounting activities

Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts

GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and returns filing

TDS compliance – calculation, deduction, challan payment, and returns filing

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Maintaining invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents

Assisting in monthly and annual account closing

Coordination with auditors and consultants

Ensuring statutory compliance as per accounting standards

Key Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS

Basic knowledge of Income Tax and compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
