Accounts & Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel, along with a good understanding of GST and statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal entries)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain ledgers and financial records
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Handle GST entries and assist in GST return filing
• Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Prepare reports and financial data using MS Excel

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Additional certification in Accounting or Tally will be an advantage

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred
• Strong sense of confidentiality and ethical financial handling
• Highly organized, responsible, and self-driven professional
