Accounts & Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger posting, and reconciliation.
• Maintain and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Track petty cash, vendor payments, and outstanding dues.
• Assisting in logistics operations including packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination as per organizational requirements

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 0-6 months Experience (Freshers can apply)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• For Logistics, One must have his own vehicle.
