Job Title: Admin ExecutiveJob Summary:The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining records, and supporting management in operational coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative ManagementHandle daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital records).
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare official letters, notices, and internal communications.
  • 2. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain staff attendance and leave records.
  • Keep employee files and documentation updated.
  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, and agreements.
  • Handle data entry and update MIS reports regularly.
  • 3. Financial & Accounts SupportMaintain petty cash records and expense reports.
  • Verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for payments and collections.
  • Maintain purchase and stock records.
  • 4. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate between branches/head office and management.
  • Follow up with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR in recruitment documentation and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • 5. Inventory & Asset ManagementMaintain stock register and office supplies.
  • Monitor usage of consumables.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and assets.
  • 6. Compliance & DisciplineEnsure company policies are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Support management in implementing operational procedures.
  • Skills Required:Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Time management and problem-solving ability
  • Professional behavior and confidentiality
  • Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration (preferred)
