Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Office Operations: Manage daily workflow, implement procedures, maintain filing systems, and order supplies.
Scheduling & Logistics: Arrange meetings, book rooms, coordinate travel, and manage calendars for staff or executives.
Communication: Act as a central point of contact, handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail), and facilitate inter-departmental communication.
Support & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents; provide support to various teams; assist with budgeting and bookkeeping.
Staff & Systems: Train/coach administrative staff, develop systems, and resolve workflow issues.
