Job Description
- Communication Hub: Answering calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence (emails, mail, faxes).
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, taking meeting minutes, and planning events.
- Document Management: Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, memos, and presentations; developing and maintaining filing systems.
- Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, ensuring equipment functions, and handling basic bookkeeping/data entry.
- Team Support: Assisting managers and staff with daily tasks, project tracking, and ensuring smooth workflow.
