Position: Admission Counselor
Roles and responsibilities:
Generate and Convince parents through calling
Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Track all appointments, reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
Identify and resolve parent & student concerns
recommend a suitable solution
