Location: Bhubaneswar (Office-based) + Assigned Zone

🔹 Role Overview: Regional Academy is hiring Admission Officers (Zonal) responsible for managing student admissions within specific districts. Each officer will handle admissions, outreach, and student engagement exclusively for their assigned zone.

🔹 Zones Available:

Candidates must apply for one of the following zones:

• Koraput
• Bolangir
• Ganjam
• Bhadrak
• Sambalpur
• Angul

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end admission process for students from the assigned zone
• Counseling students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities
• Manage inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
• Build and maintain a strong local network within the assigned region
• Conduct periodic field visits for outreach and admission support
• Visit schools, colleges, and exam centres during peak admission periods
• Coordinate with the head office for admission processing and reporting
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and student data

🔹 Work Structure:

• Primary work location: Office (Bhubaneswar)
• Field work: Required occasionally for visits, outreach, and exam centre coordination

🔹 Eligibility Criteria: Must belong to or be highly familiar with the selected zone

• Strong local network and understanding of the region preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Languages: Odia & Hindi (mandatory), English (preferred)

🔹 Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Experience in education, counseling, or sales will be an advantage

🔹 Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month

• Performance-based incentives on each successful admission
• Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets

🔹 Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with occasional travel within the assigned zone
• Should be proactive, target-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to build trust with students and parents
