As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, providing timely support to minimize disruptions and enhance overall business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- Experience with storage management, data backup, and recovery processes related to Network Attached Storage systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and their impact on storage performance and accessibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues within storage environments effectively.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning for storage infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security best practices related to storage systems and data protection.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
