The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience in managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtual machines.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
- Ability to monitor and maintain virtual infrastructure to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline virtualization tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
