We are a leading solution provider in the field of Professional LED Lighting , Public Address, Industrial Public Address , Conference ,CCTV, Fire ,Professional sound, and Audio-Visual System . 

We are authorized channel partners of PHILIPS Lighting , BOSCH Limited (Building Technology Division ),BOSE Professionals , HARMAN Professionals ,YAMAHA Music India ,Crompton Fans , Panasonic ( Displays , LED Walls , Projectors ) , ATEN  etc.  

This is a B2B professional Job Role which focus on bridging the gap between complex, technical products and client needs, combining engineering expertise with sales skills. They drive revenue by delivering technical presentations, creating customized product solutions, and supporting sales executives throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Custom Solution Design: Tailoring product capabilities to meet specific client requirements and business needs.
  • Customer Consultation: Acting as a subject matter expert to address technical questions, provide post-sales troubleshooting, and build relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Managing technical aspects of RFI/RFP (Request for Information/Proposal) responses.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Communicating customer needs and market feedback to R&D teams to inform product development. 
  • Sales Generation: Proactively hunt for new business, manage existing accounts, and close sales in AV, video conferencing, Public Address System , Fire Alarm and digital signage.
  • Consultation & Design: Analyze client needs to recommend suitable hardware/software, often partnering with technical teams for custom AV designs.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct live or virtual demos of AV, Public Address System , Fire Alarm solutions to showcase features and benefits.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare, deliver, and negotiate quotes, contracts, and tenders.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, including IT managers and corporate decision-makers.
