Job Description:
We need a hardworking and smart Sales Executive who understands the LED lights market, competitors, and customers. The person should be able to handle sales, build strong connections, and help grow our brand in the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Should have good knowledge of LED products and market rates.
- Must know retail shops, dealers, distributors, stockists, super stockists, architects, and designers for project orders.
- Make sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Find new customers and business opportunities.
- Increase brand awareness in the market.
- Visit market regularly and check competitor activities.
- Send daily work reports and sales reports on time.
- Coordinate with office team for orders and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good relationships.
- Ready to travel for sales visits and meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in LED or electrical industry preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/reporting.
- Willing to do field work and travel.
