Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end B2B project sales
2. Liaison with consultants, PMC, OEMs & clients
3. Tender tracking, BOQ understanding & proposal submission
4. Achieve project sales targets & revenue growth
5. Develop new institutional and corporate clients
6. Coordinate with technical, estimation & execution teams
Skills Required:
* Strong exposure to project sales & tendering
* Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
* Ability to close high-value B2B deals
* Knowledge of CRM, Excel & MIS reporting
* Strong communication & leadership skills
