1. Sales & Revenue Achievement

 Support Store Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Drive team to meet daily sales goals and improve conversion rates.

 Promote upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.

 Monitor sales performance reports and implement corrective actions when required.

2. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

 Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

 Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints promptly.

 Maintain strong customer engagement to increase repeat business.

 Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

3. Team Supervision & Staff Development

 Supervise floor staff to ensure productivity and discipline.

 Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.

 Conduct on-the-job training and product knowledge sessions.

 Motivate team members to achieve KPIs and maintain morale.

 Support performance evaluation and provide constructive feedback.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

 Ensure accurate stock receipt, storage, and replenishment.

 Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

 Conduct periodic stock audits and minimize shrinkage.

 Coordinate with warehouse/vendors for timely replenishment.

5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

 Ensure store displays meet brand guidelines and promotional standards.

 Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store.

 Execute seasonal and promotional merchandising plans effectively.

6. Operations & Compliance

 Ensure adherence to store SOPs, company policies, and compliance standards.

 Monitor billing accuracy and cash handling procedures.

 Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.

 Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.

7. Reporting & Administration

 Prepare and review daily sales and performance reports.

 Support documentation and administrative tasks.

 Coordinate with head office for reporting requirements.

 Track key performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
