Core Roles and Responsibilities

Goal Setting & Planning: Establishing, monitoring, and achieving team goals (SMART goals) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Performance Monitoring: Tracking team performance, providing regular, constructive feedback, and producing progress reports for upper management.

Task Delegation & Workflow: Organizing, prioritizing, and distributing tasks effectively based on individual team member strengths.

Coaching & Mentoring: Training new hires, supporting the professional development of team members, and motivating the group to maintain high morale.

Communication & Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the team and higher management, ensuring transparent communication, and promoting a collaborative, positive work environment.

Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues, disagreements, or bottlenecks within the team promptly.
