Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
*Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, transaction processing, and resolving issues to ensure high-quality service.
* Administrative Support: Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, maintain client records, and organize documentation.
* Documentation & Compliance: Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and handle legal documentation for transactions.
* Relationship Management: Support the RM in nurturing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or corporate clients.
