Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Client support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, and assist with issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, maintain client records, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
- Documentation: Assist with the collection and verification of client documents, and help facilitate onboarding and loan disbursement processes.
- Sales and strategy support: Help prepare sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and assist in building and maintaining client portfolios.
- Reporting: Support the RM in preparing client reports and presentations.
- Financial analysis: Assist with financial analysis, credit appraisal, and profitability calculations for new and existing clients.
