Job Description
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and visual displays to boost sales by 10-15%.
- Manage inventory using SAP (MM/SD modules) for accurate stock tracking, replenishment, and variance analysis; minimize shrinkage to under 1%.
- Lead a team of 5-10 associates: recruit, train, schedule shifts, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high morale and low turnover.
- Drive customer experience through proactive service, complaint resolution, and loyalty programs; achieve NPS scores above 80.
- Analyse sales data via advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-LOOKUP, dashboards, macros) and SAP reports to forecast demand, identify trends, and recommend actions.
- Ensure compliance with FMCG standards (FSSAI, store hygiene, safety); conduct audits and implement corrective measures.
- Handle POS systems, promotions, and vendor coordination; execute markdowns and planograms for optimal product placement.
- Monitor KPIs (sales targets, footfall, conversion rates) and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
