Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. The candidate should be passionate about automobiles and capable of achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options
• Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and documentation teams
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive showroom experience
• Assist in vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
• Experience in automobile sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of cars and automobile market
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp follow-ups is an advantage
